Evil Angel has an on demand streaming site that opens up the vaults of this legendary adult film production company- perhaps one of the most successful of all time.

John Stagliano has had one of the most unique careers in porn. He started out as a dancer and stripper. He made his Buttman gonzo character quite famous. He is also the only porn director to have written and produced a live musical dance show in Las Vegas. It was based on his hugely successful film The Fashionistas.

He was famously indicted on federal obscenity charges in 2008 under the Bush Justice Department. All charges were dismissed at trial. The Judge, Richard J. Leon, stated that the evidence was woefully insufficient and that he hoped the “government will learn a lesson from its experience.”

His career as a porn performer ended in 1997 after he contracted HIV. He did not contract the disease on set, and his HIV rates have been undetectable for 15 years. He continues to direct and produce.

Evil Angel has some directors who are legends from the Golden Age of porn in the 1970s. John Leslie did some 300 adult films before turning to directing. He acted in some of the top adult films in the late 1970s and early 80s. He passed away in 2010.

The now retired Randy West racked up some 1,300 adult films in his performing career, which began in 1978. All of his later productions were distributed by Evil Angel. In 1980 he became the first male model in Playgirl magazine to appear with an erection. Like Stagliano, he was a Chippendale’s dancer in his early career. He was also the body double for Robert Redford in the film Indecent Proposal.

Joey Silvera began his adult performing career in the early 1970s, racking up more than 1,000 films. He began directing in the early 1990s.

Evil Angel also racked up many of the top directors and performers of the 21^st century. No one, perhaps, is a bigger legend than Rocco Siffredi. There are only a handful of men in the porn industry who have had long performing careers. Rocco Siffredi certainly stands out among them all. The most famous of all European porn stars, he’s appeared in more than 1,500 adult videos.

Rocco was born in Italy in 1964. Sexually active from a young age, he became a fan of legendary porn star Gabriel Pontello. After a stint in the Navy and then as a model, Rocco bumped into Pontello in a swinger’s bar in 1985. Ponello was looking for young new talent.

Rocco started doing magazine work, and his first adult film was Belle d’ Amour. He took a break from porn for two years and worked professionally as a model. After a soured love affair, he decided to return to the adult world, and came to the U.S. in 1990. He made his first U.S. film, Curse of the Catwoman, for John Leslie.

His best known role from his early U.S. films was Dario, a character who appeared in John Stagliano’s Buttman’s Workout and other Stagliano productions. He continued to do work in some of the most notable films of the time, including Andrew Blake’s Secrets and House of Dreams, and John Leslie’s award winning Chameleons. He also appeared in hardcore scenes the controversial 1999 mainstream French film Romance directed by Catherine Breillat, and also in her 2003 Anatomy of Hell where he played a gay man. He starred in fellow Evil Angel director Stagliano’s multi-award winning Fashionistas.

He officially retired from performing in 2004, returned in 2009, then officially retired in 2015. Evil Angel has a wealth of his work available for streaming.

His longevity and popularity are fueled by an intense sexuality and amazing endurance, model good looks, a very large penis, and a likability that comes through in all his work.
