Sex toys inspired by television and movies is a relatively new phenomena. Even more surprising is officially licensed sex toys based on television shows. The first show to incorporate sex toys in a major way was Sex in the City. The exposure helped to make the Rabbit vibrator practically a household term.

Comedy Central’s Broad City has an entire line of officially licensed sex toys from Lovehoney. One of their most popular is the Ass of an Angel butt plug.
