Zombie Bar

zbar

Our outdoor zombie themed Z Bar includes a number of full sized zombie figures. The idea is that like a gay bar, it is a place where zombies can feel accepted and meet other zombies.

Above is Dave, the security guy for the Z bar. Next to him you see the edge of the hot tub. We turned it into a contamination holding tank, lighting it with a couple of inexpensive Waterproof LED Lights that come with a remote you can set to any of 12 colors. We got them from Amazon in a two pack for around $12, and they sunk perfectly to the bottom and did a great job of lighting up the water a sickly glowing green.

Dave, along with many other Toxico employees, have been undergoing a lot of changes recently since their exposure. For example, a female Toxico psychiatrist and the guy from the Toxico Chemical Spill Cleanup Department below.

The doctor is made from a cheap Halloween lab coat, a mannequin body, a Halloween head and a wig. Clean Up guy is a Zombie head on top of a cheap protective Coverall Suit (under $10 on Amazon), an inexpensive but real respirator and goggles, and rubber gloves. With the exception of the Geiger Counter, the entire thing cost under $30 to make.

This is where Zombies belly up to the bar, assuming they have the guts. Some of them literally do not. There is also a sign that says Zombies Always Welcome!

Having lunch is our zombie dog Fluffy. Above the dog house is a chewed up sign that says Beware of Dog.

Not all Zombies want their brains raw, so we offer a nice brain barbecue.

All you need is a barbecue, some heads, and a red light.

Various body parts are sprinkled liberally through the plants and nooks and corners.
