This is a combination penis cage and cock ring with vibration. If you are unfamiliar with toys like this, you may not have any idea how to use it. Sure, it goes on your penis with the three loops, and if you have used a cock ring before you probably know how to use the big ring, but most will not find it obvious which side goes up. Then, what do you do with it? Masturbate? Have sex? Do you put it on when you are erect or before?
The large ring goes around and behind your testicles, while the other rings hold it onto your penis. This means that it extends some three inches along the shaft of the penis.
It uses two watch batteries and the bullet itself is quite small. Obviously, you will not get super strong vibration from this, despite the 11,000 vibrations per minute. You get about a half an hour or more from a set of batteries. Replacing them is not difficult, but more involved than with most toys.
The standard ad claims it has a clitoral stimulator, but it is not clear just from looking at it how that would work. The cage would have to be placed on the penis with the vibrator below the penis. Our recommendation is to put this on with the vibrator on top. A cock ring around just the penis is generally put on before you are erect, but with this, we suggest it be put on after you are erect, as it already requires a little effort to get on that won’t be made easier with a floppy penis. The internal bullet, which provides all the rigidity, does not extend all the way to the end, extending just a little beyond the second ring. This means that the end ring can roll back when attempting to insert your penis vaginally, and under some circumstances the entire thing can roll back along the penis, making penetration difficult. Based on our testing, this is not the best option for penetration for most. It would work better for a smaller penis and a larger vagina. There needs to be room enough for the penis and the cage and vibrator, which increases the thickness of the penis.
We also have concerns about the opening in the TPR rubber in which the vibrator is inserted. Penetration deeper than this opening would allow secretions or lube to come into contact with the button of the vibe- and this bullet is not waterproof. My bigger concern would be with the difficulty of cleaning the bullet so it is safe for future use if similar depth was used.
