Censorship is on the rise. In two days, Tumblr will ban all adult content. It will be done, no doubt, in the same heavy handed and irrational way that adult content censorship is always done. HBO has decided to move away from the late night adult fare like Real Sex and Taxicab Confessions, perhaps more out of its ready availability than censorship. Online porn is not the same as shows like Real Sex where you could actually learn something. High quality shows about sex should be able to compete with free online porn, but I guess to HBO, its all the same. They will continue to feature high levels of violence, though.
The AVN Awards are coming in January in Las Vegas, and we have some surprising news.
