Rock Chick has been on the market for some time now, but when it first came out, it was the first product on the market that provided both g-spot and clitoral stimulation. It has a unique design, and is designed to be used in a unique way. It is made by British manufacturer Rocks Off, but is readily available in the United States.
It is made from medical grade silicone. The insertable length is 4 inches, and the girth is 4 inches.
You vaginally insert the lower part that does not have the bullet vibrator, while the upper part with the bullet rests against the clitoral area. As we found in our testing, it is easy to make the assumption that you need to insert it all the way, which would miss the g-spot for some and could push up uncomfortably against the cervix with women who have shorter vaginal canals. Once positioned so that the curved end hits the g-spot, instead of moving it in and out, you rock it back and forth in an up and down motion (hence the name). This provides stimulation by pushing up against the g-spot while moving across the clitoris. It does help if you already have some familiarity with where your g-spot is.
One of our testers has arms that are relatively short in proportion to the length of her torso, so inserting a vibrator and thrusting it in and out in the usual way is not easy for her. With this you can easily initiate the rocking action by applying pressure on the part that rests on the clitoral area without having to reach so far down.
It is powered by their popular RO 80 mm waterproof bullet that is removable from the silicone body. This also makes it very easy to clean. Bullets simply can’t provide the hard vibration you get from larger toys with bigger batteries. Still, it is one of the more powerful bullets in its size, if not the most powerful.
It has a bullet shape with a tapering tip and is made of plastic. It can be removed and used separately, and the tapering tip works very well for clitoral stimulation. It uses a single button to cycle through the 7 options- three intensities and four patterns.
One tester who prefers more intense stimulation achieved the effect they were looking for by holding a Magic Wand over the part of the toy resting against the clitoris, sending strong vibrations throughout the toy.
What we did learn is that it can take a try or two to get the knack, but once positioned properly and with an understanding of the intended rocking motion it got a very positive response. Another way you can use it is to straddle a pillow to hold it in place and ride it in an upright position. This was the preferred use for some. Since it is waterproof, you can also use this in the tub or hot tub, making doing the rocking motion with it while upright even easier.
